What women say about their knot.
Real photos from women who wear it every day.

The one I reach for
I have a few protective pieces. This is the one I put on every morning now. It is heavier than a pendant that size should be, in a good way. You know it's there.

Carries what I wanted it to carry
Got it with my October stone. Lovely piece, and it means something to me. It took a few days longer to arrive than I expected, but it was worth the wait.

Traditional without looking old
I wear it with a plain black top and it does all the work. The open knot keeps it from looking heavy. I get asked about it every time.

Choose it, then wear it.

Why women wear the witch knot.
Some women wear a charm. Others wear armour.
The witch knot has been worn at the throat for centuries for one reason: to keep your own energy in and everyone else's out. Putting it on each morning is a small, deliberate act, and that is the part most women say stays with them.

Twelve stones. One is yours.

Close enough to see the work.
Have questions? We have answers.
What is a witch knot?
It is the triquetra: three interlocked arcs drawn in one unbroken line. Celtic tradition reads it as faith, love and unity; folk practice wears it as a protective charm. Both meanings belong to the same symbol.
Which birthstone should I choose?
The month you were born: January garnet, February amethyst, March aquamarine, April diamond, May emerald, June alexandrite, July ruby, August peridot, September sapphire, October tourmaline, November citrine, December tanzanite. Buying it as a gift? Pick their month.
How long is the chain?
45 cm (17.7 in) plus a 5 cm (2 in) extension, so it adjusts from 45 to 50 cm and sits around the collarbone.
Does it come ready to give?
Yes. It ships in a jewelry box, so it can go straight into a gift bag.
Is it a witchcraft symbol? I'm not into that.
No. Despite the name, there is no spell, ritual or belief that comes with it. The same three-arc knot is carved on old Celtic crosses, where Christians read it as the Holy Trinity, and it has been worn by women of every faith, and of none, for centuries.
"Witch knot" is the old folk name for a protective charm: something you wear for meaning, the way you might wear a cross, a St Christopher or a family ring. You simply put it on. What it means to you is yours to decide.
Are the stones real gemstones?
No. They are faceted crystal cut in the colour of each birthstone. That is what keeps a pendant this size at this price.
Will it tarnish?
It is heavily silver plated over a copper core. Kept dry and away from perfume, it keeps its shine. Worn in the shower or the pool, it won't.
What if it isn't for me?
